Trump's World Liberty Financial Adds $20 Million in Crypto
President Donald Trump’s decentralized finance (DeFi) firm, World Liberty Financial, has reportedly invested over $20 million into three cryptocurrency tokens: Ether, WBTC, and MOVE. According to Bloomberg, a digital wallet linked to the firm added $10.1 million in Ether, $9.9 million in WBTC, and $1.68 million in MOVE, based on data from onchain analytics firm Nansen.
"Crypto is one of those things we have to do," Trump said during a livestream promoting the crypto company, The New York Times reported Sept. 16. "Whether we like it or not, I have to do it."
